Reckner, Ph.D., Professor and Executive Director of the Institute for Modern Conflict, Diplomacy & Reconcilation at Texas Tech University and renowned naval historian, tells the fascinating story of the Great White Fleet. Dr. Reckner will be preceded by a brief talk by Joe Wiegand, one of the nations leading portrayers of President Theodore Roosevelt. Arrive early for a glimpse of MOHAI's Great White Fleet display whlie enjoying a cocktail and light refreshments in the Museum's galleries.
